Volunteer State Health Plan Taps Ryan as Chief Operating Officer
Stephani Ryan has been named chief operating officer for Cover Tennessee operations at Volunteer State Health Plan (VSHP). VSHP is the subcontractor to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, the lead contractor for three of Governor Phil Bredesen’s Cover Tennessee programs.
